📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in the development and implementation of store marketing strategies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management,Proven track record of successful store management,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of retail software and systems,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
