📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs),Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Experience with project management tools and software is a plus,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
