📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our cleaning services through targeted campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the cleaning services or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
