As an Engineering Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our engineering team, ensuring that all maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with other departments to coordinate and execute projects, from routine maintenance to major renovations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the engineering team, ensuring all maintenance and operational tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects, from routine tasks to major renovations.
• Monitor and maintain the hotel's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
• Inspect and maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Train and mentor engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and renovation projects.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hotel or facility maintenance industry.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software, such as ServiceMax or Workplace by FM.
• Certifications in relevant safety and environmental regulations, such as OSHA or LEED.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
