📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of the project, from planning and design to construction and completion.
  • Work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Manage and mentor project team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and other professional activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
