📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and attract customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the development and execution of the store's budget and financial plans.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and ensure the store is well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to travel and work in different store locations if required.
