📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales regulations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Makassar and Sulawesi Selatan.
