Daily, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, picking and packing orders, and collaborating with our team to resolve any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of our warehouse operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate warehouse operations and resolve any issues promptly.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Utilize warehouse management software such as WMS or TMS to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or warehouse environment.
• Proven experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software like WMS or TMS is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
