🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as industrial engineering, manufacturing, or business administration.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as ERP systems or quality control software.,Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing industry.,Ability to travel for business purposes, as needed.
