China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee construction safety initiatives on our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide on-site safety training and orientation to all workers, contractors, and subcontractors.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation and records.,Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety objectives are met.,Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization and on-site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.,Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent is highly desirable.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
