New Link Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Baturaja. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and enhancing the overall customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and daily sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor new staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
