📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Manage and track sales pipelines and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Present business development proposals and pitches to senior management.
• Measure and report on the success of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with media and advertising industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
