📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure they align with business objectives and legal requirements.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify and address potential legal issues.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to legal regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to support business operations.
• Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends to proactively address emerging risks.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and stakeholders to resolve complex legal matters.
• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
