📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.,Assist in training and supervising staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of menus and special promotions.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.,Assist in the planning and execution of events and special occasions.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.,Familiarity with local regulations and laws related to the F&B industry.

🛠️ Keahlian

Food safety and hygiene certification.Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Indonesian and English.Customer service orientation.Event planning and management experience.
