📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth running of processes.
  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including training and development.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and generate reports as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
