Duta Joko Gadget is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our company. You will work closely with the hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we attract and retain the best candidates. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine the fit of candidates with the company culture and job requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies such as ATS, CRM, and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
