📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the incident response process, including detection, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a swift and effective response to cyber incidents.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular training sessions for employees on cybersecurity best practices.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs using tools like Splunk and SIEM.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
• Report on incident response activities to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in incident response and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of incident response frameworks like NIST, ISO/IEC 27035, or similar.
• Experience with incident response tools and software like Palo Alto Networks, IBM QRadar, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
