📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.,Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.,Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.,Monitoring and maintaining network security.,Assisting with IT projects and upgrades.,Maintaining IT documentation and records.,Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and networks.,Providing training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Understanding of network fundamentals and protocols.,Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of ITIL framework.Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.Basic scripting skills (e.g.PythonBash).Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong customer service skills.Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
