📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the entire purchasing process, including supplier selection, negotiation, order placement, and delivery.
• Ensure that purchasing activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand their material needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using purchasing software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
