Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven experience in managing staff and driving team performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
