📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Oversee the budget and financial performance of the restaurant.,Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
