PERSOL is seeking a dedicated Safety Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our construction workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a passion for creating a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to workers on safety protocols and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.,Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into all project phases.,Promote a safety-first culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management in the construction industry.,Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
