📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the leasing and real estate sector.,Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and business development proposals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the real estate or leasing industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
