📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers in the Bekasi and surrounding areas.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

Manage and mentor junior sales team members.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer products industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Familiarity with sales software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
