📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop high-speed integrated circuits (ICs) using advanced technologies and tools.,Conduct thorough testing and validation of IC designs to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IC solutions into larger systems and products.,Analyze and troubleshoot IC performance issues, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IC design and testing.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians in the team.,Contribute to the development of new testing methodologies and tools to enhance the efficiency of the testing process.,Participate in product development cycles, from concept to final delivery, ensuring that IC solutions meet customer requirements and market demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in IC design and testing, with a strong background in high-speed IC solutions.,Proficiency in IC design tools such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or Synopsys.,Experience with IC testing equipment and methodologies, including automated test equipment (ATE) and functional testing.,Strong knowledge of high-speed signaling, clocking, and synchronization techniques.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Familiarity with industry standards and certifications relevant to IC design and testing is a plus.
