📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the organization's talent needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for the role and company culture.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, employers, and industry networks.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters to ensure consistent quality in our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a competitive market.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and local talent acquisition practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
