📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the parking facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Manage and train a team of parking attendants and maintenance staff.
• Monitor parking usage and implement strategies to optimize space and reduce congestion.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parking.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in parking management or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing parking facilities in a luxury property setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with parking management software such as ParkMobile or Parking Solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Certification in parking management or a related field is a plus.
