📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing integration strategies.
• Support process optimization efforts by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Integrate new equipment and technologies into existing manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
