📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the dumping operations to ensure the timely and safe delivery of raw materials.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of dumpers and other equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Ensure that raw materials are delivered in accordance with quality and quantity standards.
• Work closely with the production team to coordinate the delivery of raw materials.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the dumping operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of dumpers and other equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Maintain accurate records of all dumping operations and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure that all dumping operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or dairy industry.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating dumping operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating dumpers or similar vehicles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
