📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the pre-opening and operational phases of the hotel, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational plan, including staff training, service standards, and revenue management strategies.
• Manage the hotel's daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry best practices.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize hotel performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and local community partners.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance its profile and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in similar projects.
• A strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance services.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in using hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
