In this role, you will work closely with a diverse team of educators and administrators to create a vibrant sports curriculum. You will plan and execute weekly sports sessions, from fundamental skills training to advanced techniques, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and encouragement. Your daily tasks will include conducting drills, leading games, and providing constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging sports programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Plan and execute weekly sports sessions, including fundamental skills training and advanced techniques.
• Conduct drills, lead games, and provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their performance.
• Work closely with a diverse team of educators and administrators to create a vibrant sports curriculum.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, adhering to sports safety guidelines and diversity policies.
• Assist in the organization and supervision of sports events and competitions.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and provide regular updates on students' progress.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sports education and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sports Teacher or in a similar role.
• Certification in sports coaching or training, such as the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of various sports, including but not limited to soccer, basketball, volleyball, and athletics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Enthusiasm and passion for inspiring young athletes.
