• Deliver exceptional service to clients and guests, ensuring a memorable experience
• Greet and assist guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Ensure the smooth flow of events, managing the movement of guests and staff
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-presented
• Handle food and beverage service, ensuring all items are served promptly and correctly
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in an event or catering setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and guests
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a keen attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Flexibility to work on-call, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
