As a Mandarin teacher at Intan Education Foundation, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop a strong foundation in the Mandarin language. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, conducting interactive classes, and providing personalized attention to each student. Our students range from beginners to intermediate levels, and we offer a variety of courses including general Mandarin, HSK preparation, and business Mandarin.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Mandarin lesson plans tailored to different proficiency levels
• Conduct interactive and fun classes using real-life materials and multimedia resources
• Provide personalized attention and feedback to students to help them improve their language skills
• Assist in the preparation and grading of homework and exams
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language resources
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin
• Fluency in Mandarin (HSK level 5 or higher)
• Strong knowledge of educational theories and teaching methodologies
• Experience with educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or Edmodo
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
• Willingness to work part-time hours, typically 15-20 hours per week
