📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct organizational assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance
• Collaborate with department heads, HR professionals, and other stakeholders to align organizational goals with business objectives
• Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention
• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other organizational development activities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development
• Contribute to the development and implementation of SANY Group's organizational strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of organizational assessment tools and methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully implementing organizational change initiatives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and organizational development software
